Disqnect AS, org. nr. 932 953 005, Oslo, Norway
Under Norwegian angrerettloven §§ 20–28 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.
Send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal to theis@disqnect.com. You may use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Service (Section 10), but it is not obligatory. No approval is required — the right to withdraw is yours by law.
You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the device.
Under Norwegian forbrukerkjøpsloven and EU Directive 2019/771, you have statutory warranty rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. These apply regardless of any other terms.
Any defect appearing within 2 years of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery (forbrukerkjøpsloven § 18). After 2 years, you may need to demonstrate that the defect was present at delivery.
If the device has a defect covered by the statutory warranty, you are entitled to (forbrukerkjøpsloven §§ 29–33):
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If the device is defective on arrival, not as described, or damaged during shipping, contact us and we will arrange a return at our expense.
This guarantee is in addition to — and does not replace — your statutory withdrawal right (Section 1) or warranty rights (Section 2).
We may decline a return or reduce the refund amount if:
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If we decline a return and you disagree, you may escalate the matter as described in Section 7.
EU/EEA consumers have the same withdrawal and warranty rights regardless of which country you order from. Your mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of habitual residence are not affected by these terms.
Any customs duties or import taxes on returned goods are your responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your return or complaint, you may:
Disputes may also be brought before Oslo tingrett (Oslo District Court). EU/EEA consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of domicile in accordance with the Lugano Convention.
