The qEY-0 is an ALPHA-STAGE EXPERIMENTAL DEVICE. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying an early-stage product that:

• May not function as expected
• Could have significant bugs or issues
• Is intended for research and educational purposes
• May change dramatically or cease functioning

Refund Policy

30-Day Limited Guarantee

We offer a 30-day limited refund period from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

• Defective on Arrival: Device is non-functional due to manufacturing defect
• Not as Described: Device significantly differs from product description
• Shipping Damage: Device damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours)

NOT Eligible for Refund:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Device functions but doesn't meet your expectations
• Issues arising from misuse or unauthorized modifications
• Damage caused by the buyer
• Use for prohibited purposes
• "It doesn't work for my specific use case"
• Normal alpha product bugs or limitations

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at: mail@theismaker.com
2. Provide:
   • Order number
   • Detailed description of the issue
   • Photos/videos of the defect (if applicable)
   • Original packaging photos
3. Wait for approval - We will review your request within 2-3 business days
4. If approved:
   • We’ll provide a return shipping label
   • Device must be returned in original packaging
   • Include all accessories and documentation

Return Shipping:

• Approved returns: We cover return shipping
• Unapproved returns: Buyer pays shipping both ways

Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the device
• Original payment method will be credited
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless defective/damaged

Legal Compliance

Returns may be denied if we have reason to believe the device was used for illegal purposes or in violation of our Terms of Service.

International Orders

• Buyer responsible for customs/duties on returns
• Additional restrictions may apply

Modifications

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show evidence of:

• Tampering or unauthorized modifications
• Water or physical damage
• Use in prohibited activities

Dispute Resolution
